Day 15 - Day 17 Visiting Yosemite and the campfire

Day 15 - Sierra Meadows RV Park in Ahwahnee
Nice, tidy with full hook up sites
Sierra Meadows

Day 16 - Sunday, Sept. 28 we entered Wawona Campground of Yosemite National Park. We camped in Loop C backing up along the Merced River (south fork) which still has a little water running.

Our little duck friend visited our campground every day; the park asks that you do NOT feed any of the wildlife but it is sure tempting! This little guy is a great beggar!

Steam rising from the forest floor

All the campsites have large rocks around them; this prevents RVs or vehicles getting off the asphalt

Ground squirrels are everywhere

Can't be camping without a campfire!

Our furry friend is not shy to check out what is on our table!

Blue skies abound
